Foreign Country Transactions
To help protect our members against fraud, all foreign country ATM/Debit Card transactions will be blocked and not approved.  If you are traveling out of the country, you may stop by any branch office to sign a waiver so that we may authorize your transactions. This waiver removes the security restrictions on your ATM/Debit Card just for the period of time you request.  

Lost or stolen ATM/Debit Cards
To report a lost or stolen ATM/ Debit Card after hours, call (800) 383-8000.  During regular business hours, contact a Member Service Representative at any of our Branch offices.
